We offer both Full, Associate and Social memberships to suit your needs.
Membership Year: Runs from 1st November to 31st October.
Pro-Rata Discount: Joining after 1st July? You’ll receive a 50% pro-rata discount on the HRCAV portion of your membership fee.
Pay-As-You-Ride System: To keep things affordable, we run a flexible 'pay as you ride' model—meaning you only pay for the specific rallies, clinics, or events you book into.

Our club thrives because of our fantastic volunteers! We ask all members to lend a helping hand for 6 hours per year to keep our grounds and events top-notch.
Easy ways to get involved:
🏆 Event Support: Helper roles at club comps, clinic days, or TTT events.
🧹 Working Bees & Maintenance: Help out with groundskeeping, gardening, or cleaning up amenities.
📋 Behind the Scenes: Assist with organizing club functions and social events.

HDARC Dress Code & Uniform Guidelines
Quick Summary: Full official uniform is only required when competing at official HRCAV events. For regular club rallies, you only need an approved helmet and safe riding boots.

Helmet: HRCAV-approved safety helmet.
Footwear: Safe riding boots with a smooth sole and heel.
Clothing: Neat, comfortable riding attire (official club uniform is not required).

Club Colours: Jade (Teal 2 - "AL08"), Black, and White (used in any combination).
HDARC Logo Requirement:
The official HDARC logo must be displayed on at least one item—either on your upper body clothing (polo, vest, jacket) or on your saddle cloth.
As long as the logo is visible on your upper body, it is not required on your saddle cloth (and vice versa).
Jodhpurs / Breeches:
Must be black, white, or beige.
Saddle Cloth:
Base colours must be jade (Teal 2 - "AL08"), black, white, or a combination of these three.
Secondary accent colours are permitted for trimmings/braid, decorative additions (like sheepskin trim or rhinestones), or sponsor logos.

Clubhouse Stock: A limited supply of HDARC polo shirts is available at the clubhouse. Speak to Mel (President) or Tory (Secretary) to purchase.
Custom Embroidery:
You can have the official HDARC logo embroidered onto your own gear or saddle pads.
Hurstbridge Saddlery (942 Main Rd, Hurstbridge | Ph: 9718 1988) can assist with logo application and uniform supplies, though you are free to use any supplier you prefer.
Borrowing & Planning Ahead:
Please arrange your uniform well before competition day.
